Documents required for IBPS Clerk-III Common Interview

Candidates who have been provisionally shortlisted for IBPS clerk-III common interview are now taking preparation for the interview. IBPS has already announced the schedule of interview. Check here for the notification regarding IBPS clerk-III common interview. The interview will be started from 10.02.2014 onwards. Before appearing for the interview, candidates should produce the necessary documents which are given below.




Necessary Documents to be produced during IBPS Clerk-III Common Interview

The shortlisted candidates are required to produce the following documents/testimonials during their IBPS Clerk-III common interview in original as well as self-attested photocopy. These documents will be verified before entering to the interview-room.
  1. Printout copy of candidate’s IBPS clerk-III Interview Call Letter.
  2. Printout copy of system generated IBPS clerk-III online application form.
  3. Age proof certificate i.e. Birth Certificate or SSLC/ Std. X Certificate with Date of Birth (DOB).
  4. Photo identity proof
  5. All educational qualification marksheets and certificates of Graduation or equivalent qualification. The certificate must have to be issued on or before 01.08.2013.
  6. Caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC category.
  7. Medical certificate for PWD candidates in prescribed format.
  8. Certificate for Ex-Servicemen candidates in prescribed format.
  9. Candidates who are presently serving in Government / quasi govt offices/ Public Sector Undertakings (including Nationalized Banks and Financial Institutions) must have to produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their organizations during the interview.
  10. Experience certificate (if you have any)

    Frnds i hv cleared ibps clk 3,hv a doubt,i am 2010 passed out(B.Tech IT) then after 1 yr i got job in software field, and worked their for 1n half yr, now i quit my job for preparing for bank xams...But in clerk apllication form i didn't mention my xperience...may i produce my xperience while interview...what should i do?...plz suggest me frnds....

      Govt employees only have to produce NO Objection Certificate.no need to produce ur exp. certificate

      there is no need to produce experience certificate but they will ask you that what have you done in past three years so be ready with logical answer of it...

      Yes U can, I didn't mention my IT experience in IBPS PO3 but I produced Experience certificate. If they ask tell them like that time I was working in IT and in application form they asked me to fill REASON FOR LEAVING so I was not sure so I left those columns...tel like that.

    sir my degree provisional was issued on 30th may 2013.in that my father's name was incorrectly printed.i applied for correction of my father's name.university re-issued provisional on 23rd october 2013.can any problem occur during interview process?because it is said that the graduation certificate have to be issued on or before august 1st 2013. please clarify

      yes there is a solution you should go to univercity and ask for the the authorized letter that certificate was issued on may-2013 and due to correction it was re issued...this will work for you...

    sir i have 5 month working experience but i did not mention it in online form because i dont have experience letter.can i explain about it during interview?but then they will ask about experienced letter??sir please reply what to do??

    Sir , i have passed my btech on 19/06/2013 and have all my marksheets issued before 1 oct 2013. but i got my provisional degree issued on 8 oct 2013. will this create any problem for me. I have provisional certificate of college issued before 1 oct 13.

    Sir in my final year exam i have one ATKT...but now i m solve it. when i was filling up the application form i m mention d % is 67.33 which is d overall % of my final year...but my grade is pass class i m aslo mention d same thing in d appliciaon form....sir can face d problem for document verificaion at d time of interview..plz given me solution...i m wating...

    is semester mark list is enough for interview and final degree certificate?

      Final degree certificate is mandatory. Also all marksheets may be verified. So keep both with you.

      Final degree certificate of Graduation is mandatory for interview. PG certificate is optional except marksheet.

    helo sir i have a problem i sent my 12 class original document to cbse board for name correction and i have po interview on 28 and there is no chance having my 12th document but i have a letter from school as a proof and also i have copy of my 12th document and i have all document excpt this so is there problem in interview

      Did you send both marksheet and certificate of 12th level exam? It may not create a problem during the interview. If problem arise, you have to convince the members of the documents verification team.
