- HRD Officer : 13 (SC 2, ST 1, OBC 3, Gen 7)
- Hindi Officer/ Rajbhasha Adhikari : 12 (SC 2, ST 1, OBC 3, Gen 6)
- Manager (Law) : 29 (SC 4, ST 2, OBC 8, Gen 15)
- Chief Manager (Company Secretary) : 1 (Gen 1)
- Chief Manager (Risk Management) : 2 (SC 1, Gen 1)
- Manager (Architect) : 1 (Gen 1)
- Manager (Civil Engineer) : 1 (Gen 1)
- Manager (Electrical Engineer) : 1 (Gen 1)
- Security Officer : 15 (SC 2, ST 1, OBC 4, Gen 8)

Pay Scale : The basic pay scale for OBC specialist officer jobs -
- For post code 1, 2 & 9 - Rs. 14500-25700.
- For post code 3, 6, 7 & 8 - Rs. 19400-28100.
- For post code 4 & 5 - Rs. 30600-36200
IBPS TWSS cutoff marks for OBC SO recruitment vacancies :
- HRD Officer : 114 for SC/ST/OBC/PWD and 124 for GEN.
- Hindi Officer/ Rajbhasha Adhikari : 90 for SC/ST/OBC/PWD and 96 for GEN.
- Manager (Law) : 113 for SC/ST/OBC/PWD and 121 for GEN.
Selection process for OBC specialist officer recruitment
- For post code no. 1 to 3 : Candidates will be shortlisted based on the marks in IBPS SO CWE 2012 and called for a personal interview of 50 marks.
- For post code 4 to 9 : Applicants would have to appeared for GD/Interview. If the number of applicants are high then the bank may conduct a written test.

Application fees :
- For post codes 1 to 3 : Rs. 20 for SC/ST/PWD and Rs. 100 for all other candidates.
- For post codes 4 to 9 : Rs. 50 for SC/ST/PWD and Rs. 400 for all others.
Candidates are required to pay the application fees through CBS challan or NEFT.
