IBPS Specialist Officer CWE-III 2014 Syllabus, Online Application

Waiting for IBPS SPL-III official notification? Institute of Banking Personnel Selection has released today the official advertisement for the recruitment of Specialist Officers (SO) in 22 nationalized banks and organizations. Eligibility criteria details for IBPS SO recruitment 2014

Age Limit ( as on 01.11.2013):
  • For Post Code 1 to 6: 20-30 years
  • For Post Code 7 to 10: 20-35 years.
Educational Qualification: Essential academic qualification for different posts are given below-
  • I.T. Officer (Scale-I): Bachelor or PG degree in Computer Science/ Computer Applications/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Telecommunications/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Instrumentation. DOEACC 'B' level passed candidates are also eligible.
  • Agricultural Field Officer (Scale I): Degree in Agriculture/ Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Science/ Dairy Science/ Agri. Engineering/ Fishery Science/ Pisciculture/ Agri Marketing & Cooperation/ Co-operation & Banking/ Agro-Forestry.
  • Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I): PG Degree in in Hindi/Sanskrit with English as a subject at the degree level.
  • Law Officer (Scale I): Graduate in LLB (Law).
  • HR/Personnel Officer (Scale I): Bachelor degree (AND) PG degree (OR) PG diploma in Personnel Management / Industrial Relations/ HR/Social Work / Labour Law.
  • Marketing Officer (Scale I): Bachelor degree (AND) MBA (Marketing)/PGDBA/PGDBM with specialization in Marketing.
  • I.T. Officer (Scale-II): Same qualification as I.T. Officer (Scale-I). 2 years work experience is required in IT field.
  • Law Officer (Scale II): Same as Law Officer (Scale I). 3 years work experience is required in respective field.
  • Chartered Accountant (Scale II): Degree in Chartered Accountancy.
  • Manager Credit (Scale II)/ Finance Executive (Scale II): Bachelor degree (AND) CFA/ ICWA/ Full time MBA/PGDBM (Finance).


IBPS SPL-III Online Test 2014 Syllabus, Pattern of Exam

Exam Pattern for Law Officer- Scale I & II & Rajbhasha Adhikari Scale I:
  1. Reasoning - 50 questions ( 50 marks)
  2. English Language - 50 questions ( 25 marks)
  3. General Awareness with Special Reference to Banking Industry - 50 questions ( 50 marks)
  4. Professional Knowledge - 50 questions ( 75 marks)

Pattern of Exam for IT Officer Scales I & II, Agriculture Field Officer Scale I, HR/ Personnel Officer Scale I, Marketing Officer Scale I, CA Scale-II & Manager Credit / Finance Executive Scale-II:
  1. Reasoning - 50 questions ( 50 marks)
  2. English Language - 50 questions ( 25 marks)
  3. Quantitative Aptitude - 50 questions ( 50 marks)
  4. Professional Knowledge - 50 questions ( 75 marks)
Total marks- 200 and time duration- 2 hours (for all posts).

Online Registration procedure for IBPS SO CWE-III 2014

Application Fees: Applicants are required to pay Rs. 100 for SC/ST/PWD and Rs. 600 for all other candidates including OBC through offline challan and online mode.

How to apply: Candidates should have to apply online through IBPS Official's website. Link of online application form can be found on IBPS's website. To know more about IBPS SPL-III online application process, read out carefully the official notification of IBPS SO recruitment 2014. Link of online application will be available from 25.11.2013.

Call Letter for IBPS SO 2014 Online Exam: The admit for online test will be available after 28.01.2014..

      Kishore,

      Candidates passed in engineering in electronics are eligible. Degree in electrical can't apply. Refer to official notification.

      We are confused now about it. IBPS has mentioned in Advt. that 4 years engineering degree. But as BCA is a 3 years degree course, it makes us confused. In previous years, BCA/MCA candidates were eligible. Anyway, we have contacted IBPS via email and waiting for their reply. Keep in touch with us.

      MCA passed candidates can apply. But IBPS didn't mention about BCA. We have mailed to IBPS regarding this.

      Candidates of final year can not apply. You must have to complete your MCA on or before 01.11.2013.

      IBPS didn't mention about it. Only 2 years work experiece in IT field is required. So you are eligible. But you have to produce proper work experience certificate.

      No, not eligible as per IBPS SPL-III advertisement. But Electronics passed candidates are eligible.

    sir i cant able to apply for the HR scale-I in ibps..i have completed my graduation in b.sc(biotechnology) with 80% and MBA (HR & systems) dual specialisation with 71% in 2009.I meet even the age limit with 27 yrs.but cant able to apply..after filling the application the error message is YOU DO NOT MEET ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA..i cant understand...please help me in this regards

      Hello Chaitanya,

      Few days ago one candidate like you faced similar problem. According to IBPS SPL-III advt. 'Graduate and PG in HR/equivalent'. So, I think IBPS wants to say that candidates must be a graduate as well as PG holder. If so, then you are not eligible. But nothing clear to us!

      We advise you to contact to IBPS over telephone or email regarding it.

    P.G- MBA (HR & systems)2009-71%
    age-27 yrs
    but error msg is YOU ARE NOT MEETING ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
    i cant unerstand where the fault goes..can u please help in this regards..

      As per IBPS SPL-III notification, you have to have 2 years work experience for IT Officer Scale-II as on 01.11.2013. That means before 1st November, 2013. So, you are not eligible for that post.

      when i am filling the application form, i am entering service "FROM" as DECEMBER 2011 and "TO" as NOVEMBER 2011. At that time total service is automatically calculating as 2YEARS(the form is allowing me to fill). so can i apply for this.

      Venky,

      You said in previous comment that your two year's experience will be completed in December. Then how could you put 'TO' as November, 2013? If you have been working from December 2011 (date not mentioned in the IBPS form) to November 2013 and IBPS will accept it in the form, then you are eligible. It may (or may not be) be problem while document verification.

      So, we recommend you to contact IBPS for clarifying it.

    Dear sir I have been provisionally shortlisted, subject to further scrutiny, for IBPS3-Manager Credit (Scale II)/ Finance Executive (Scale II) interview As per notification they ask for 2 years experience in the area of Credit Appraisal of big/ medium industrial projects in Scheduled Commercial Banks

    Sir i have did MBA (finance) and working with a The Concurrent Audit firm they have sufficient experience in conducting audits in Scheduled Commercial Banks as per my experience i am part of inspection of credit portfolio with due focus on credit appraisal, sanction, monitoring, recovery aspects etc.
    Sir i have go through advertisement but i m not able to find my query it is not given in deep thats y i would like to know about this whether i m suitable for interview or not because my application form have not been cancelled
