- Haryana has got the Skoch Order-of-Merit national award for implementation of e-Governance.
- The Government has announced the ‘One Rank One Pension scheme’ for the Ex-Servicemen.
- India government has launched the electronic version of the Collected Works of Mahatma Gandhi (CWMG).
- Haryana govt has totally banned the manufacturing, selling of any kind of tobacco goods.
- PM Narendra Modi presented the 10th World Hindi Conference in Bhopal today. The theme of the conference was “Hindi Jagat - Vistaar aur Sambhavnaye” .
- Union power minister Piyush Goyal has started a scheme Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojna in Uttar Pradesh.
- The Government of India has planned to provide LED bulbs at Rs 44, which is much lower than current retail price of around Rs 300, under its DELP scheme.
