Looking for jobs in Regional Rural banks(RRBs)? A Common Written Examination (CWE) will be conducted by IBPS for the post of Officers(Scale-I, II & III) & Office Assistant(Multipurpose) in Regional Rural banks(RRBs).
Age Limit: The age limits are as follows-
1. Office Assistant(Multipurpose)- Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its
2. Officer Scale-I- Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent. Proficiency in local language is essential.
3. Officer Scale-II (General Banking Officer)- Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Experience of Two years as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution is required.
4. Officer Scale-II(Specialist Officers)-
One year experience is required for the post of Officer Scale-II(Specialist Officers)
5. Officer Scale-III- Degree in any discipline from a recognized University or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate. Minimum 5 years experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institutions are required.

Officer (Scale I, II & III)
- Rs. 50/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
- Rs.450/- for all others
Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
- Rs. 50/- for SC/ST/PWD/EXSM candidates.
- For Officer Scale- III Below 40 years
- For Officer Scale- II Above 21 years - Below 32 years
- For Officer Scale- I Above 18 years - Below 28 years
- For Office Assistant Between 18 years and 28 years
Educational Qualification:

How to apply for IBPS RRB recruitment 2012 for Officers(Scale-I, II & III) & Office Assistant(Multipurpose)
Before applying for IBPS RRB recruitment 2012 for Officers(Scale-I, II & III) & Office Assistant(Multipurpose) at first candidates have to take scan copy of photo and signature. Then fill up the appropriate online application form for IBPS RRB recruitment 2012 for Officers(Scale-I, II & III) Office Assistant(Multipurpose). After successfully submitting the application form keep the registration number and passport which will be required at time of downloading admit card.
To submit the payment fee online take a print out copy of Challan from the bank's website and submit to the CBS branches of any of the following Public Sector Banks viz. Bank of Baroda, Bank of India, Central Bank of India, Indian Overseas Bank, Punjab National Bank, United Bank of India. For offline payment, you can pay the fees from 2nd working day after your online registration is made.

- Tentative date of written test for IBPS RRB exam 2012 for Officer Scale I, II and III: 02.09.2012
- Tentative date of written test for IBPS RRB exam 2012 for Office Assistant (Multipurpose): 09.09.2012.
Why IBPS require for RRB's scale II and III general banking officer 50% in Graduation? Is there any Govt order for that?
