Eligibility details: To apply for PNB recruitment 2012 for Specialist Officer (SO) candidates should have the following eligibility-
- Senior Manager(Law)- Must have a LLB degree with minimum 60% marks.
- Manager (Credit) - Must have CA/ICWA (or) MBA/PGDM degree with min 75% marks from a recognized institution.
- Manager(Security) - Graduation from a recognized university.
- Officer (Librarian) - Must have a bachelor degree in any discipline with M.Lib.I.Sc. (OR) bachelor degree in library science with min 60% marks.
- Fire Officer - Should have a bachelor degree from a recognized university (or) completed Sub-Officer Course from National Fire Service college, Nagpur with min 50% marks.
- Officer (Printing Technologist) - Bachelor degree from a recognized University (or) diploma/degree in Printing Technology from a recognized University.
- Officer(Data Analyst) - Must have a degree of Mathematics (H)/Statistics(H) from a recognized University (or) master degree in mathematics/statistics from a recognized university.
- Officer(IT) - Should have BE/B.Tech degree in Computer Science/Computer engineering/CSE/Electronics/ECE from a recognized University (or) MCA degree from a recognized university..
- Officer(HRD) - PG/Diploma in Personal Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Laws/Labour welfare/Social work (or) MBA/PGDM in HR/HRM.
- Hindi Officer - PG in hindi with English as a subject in degree level (or) PG in Sanskrit with Hindi and English as subjects in degree level.

The selection for post 1 to 7 will be based on written exam and interview. The pattern of examination for post 1 to 7 will be as follows-
