Vijaya Bank has declared the roll number of shortlisted candidates for personal interview and group discussion for the post of Probationary Assistant Manager(PAM) through IBPS CWE with notification number 01/2012 advertisement published in the month of May, 2012.
The interview for Vijaya Bank Probationary Assistant Manager recruitment 2012 will be started from August 21, 2012.

Interview and Group Discussion for Vijaya Bank PAM recruitment 2012
Candidates will be selected through the personal interview(PI) and group discussion(GD). On the merit of IBPS CWE marks, PI and GD the list of successful candidates will be published.
Personal Interview: The personal interview contains maximum 100 marks out of which candidates have to obtain minimum 40% marks(35% for reserved candidates) to qualify.
Group Discussion: The group discussion for Vijaya Bank PAM recruitment 2012 consists of maximum 50 marks out of which a candidate will have to secure 40 % marks (35% for reserved category) to get qualified i.e. 20 marks (17.5 marks for reserved candidates).
