Necessary Documents for IBPS SO-III Common Interview

If so, you need to carry all the relevant documents for your IBPS SO-III common interview which will be started from 18th March, 2014. IBPS shows strict policy at the time of documents verification when interview is conducted. Many candidates could not able to appear for the interview for this reason. So, here we are providing a list of important documents/ testimonials which are necessary for upcoming IBPS Specialist Officer CWE-III 2014 common interview. List of Documents required for IBPS SO-III Common Interview

Candidates are required to produce all the documents in original and self-attested photocopies.
  1. Print out of IBPS SO-III interview call letter
  2. Print out of IBPS SO-III online application form
  3. Pass certificate of SSC/10th standard or HSC/12th standard exam
  4. Graduations certificate or provisional certificate. Must have passed (issued) on or before 01.11.2013.
  5. Photo Identity Proof such as voter id card, PAN card, Driving License etc.
  6. Caste Certificate (if any)
  7. For OBC candidates, proper format of OBC certificate as given in the official notification
  8. Medical certificate for PWD candidates
  9. Certificate for Ex-Servicemen candidates in prescribed format given in the notification.
  10. No Objection Certificate for current employees.
  11. Certificate of experience (if any).

Make sure that you have kept all the necessary documents with you before verifying of documents. If you miss any of them, there would be a problem and your candidature for the interview will be cancelled. You are advised to bring all the necessary documents in original along with the aforesaid documents. 


Important message to all OBC candidates : Candidates who belong to OBC category, are advised to collect proper OBC certificate format of non-creamy layer by the respective authority (given in official advertisement). This OBC format is important for the interview and it must be issued during the period 31.03.2013 and 01.04.2014. If you fail to produce this OBC format during document verification, you will not be allowed for the interview and you would not get a second chance! So, if you have not owned this OBC non-creamy layer format, do it now.

    I have provisional certificate but i dont have mark sheets of respective graduation years,will it be a problem?

      IBPS ask only provisional graduation certificate if you don't have final certificate. But during interview sometimes they want to check your marksheets of your graduation.
