[I was the last candidate in my panel and was called at around 6:30 pm]

There were 4 members in the panels. All were males.

1. Tell us something about yourself.
2. Do you play any sports?
3. Why do you want to work in bank?
4. What is stem cell technology?
5. What did you do after your post graduation?
6. What is your views on student unions?
7. What is your family background?

[NO BANKING RELATED QUESTIONS]

Total duration: 7-8 minutes.
The members were really friendly and helpful. Overall it was a nice experience except for the long wait.. :)

IBPS PO-III Interview Experience of Swarnadip, a PO at UBKGB

I entered the room taking permission & wished them.. Panel members wished too and offered me seat. 4 male members were there...

m1: Your DOB?? Tell about yourself..

m1: You passed B.Tech in 2009, what have you done since then?? What are you doing now??

m1: Which bank is the sponsor bank of your RRB?

m1: Where are you posted.?? Head Quarter of your bank is located at?? Who is the present chairman??

m2 : What is your role in your branch??

m2: Is it a rural or urban branch??

m2: How many employees are there in your branch??

m2: If I bring a Cheque signed by someone and say that that person has asked me to take his money, will you give me the money? I want reason for your answer.

m3: What is KYC?

m3: Documents required for KYC?

m3: Objective of KYC norms?

m3: Aadhar & DBT(Direct Benefit Transfer) linkage.

m4: Any 2 qualities that should be there in a officer.

 Document Verification Around 4.30 PM

 Around 6 PM I enter the interview room. I wished them good evening. They offered me to seat..And I thanked them . There are 4 members in the panel. All are very cooperative.

Chairman : So  you are coming From Siliguri?

Me : I answered Yes.

Chairman: Introduce yourself.

Me : Answered

Chairman: What do you know about Banking?

Me : Answered Confidently.

Chairman: What is the difference between Cheque & Draft?

Me : Answered

Chairman: What is the function of RBI?

Me : Answered

Chairman: If I issue Draft of your Name then who is the owner , I said me, Then  asked if I will not give it to you then?
 Here I was confused. CM Said No Idea?? I Said No Sir.

Chairman: When you go to Bank for Deposit what time Bank have taken ?? Here The question is not clear for me whether it is Cheque or Cash.  I Only Answered about Cash Deposit & 1st Member Told About Cheque 

4th Member : What is NPA?

Me : Answered  & They said very good...

4th Member : If  you are Posted In Ahmedabad then what will you do?. Your family will allow ??

 I Said Yes ..and ye question ka answer Hindi me diya .. I told ke maine bahat hard work kya hai iske liye and me janti hu ke mujhe kahiv posting milsakti hai.. Iske liye mentally preapare hu.. Aur jaha v posting milegi waha ka culture & environment se naya kuch sikhne ko milega ye sab...They Said Very Good..

They told me to go I Said Thanks & Happy New Year To All of you.  They wished me also...That's It ..It Is quite Good Experience..Lets See.
