I entered the room taking permission & wished them.. Panel members wished too and offered me seat. 4 male members were there...

m1: Where are you posted.?? Head Quarter of your bank is located at?? Who is the present chairman??

m2: Is it a rural or urban branch??

m2: How many employees are there in your branch??

m2: If I bring a Cheque signed by someone and say that that person has asked me to take his money, will you give me the money? I want reason for your answer.

m3: What is KYC?

m3: Documents required for KYC?

m3: Aadhar & DBT(Direct Benefit Transfer) linkage.

m4: Any 2 qualities that should be there in a officer.

Around 6 PM I enter the interview room. I wished them good evening. They offered me to seat..And I thanked them . There are 4 members in the panel. All are very cooperative.

Chairman : So you are coming From Siliguri?

Me : I answered Yes.

Chairman: Introduce yourself.

Me : Answered

Chairman: What do you know about Banking?

Me : Answered Confidently.

Chairman: What is the difference between Cheque & Draft?

Me : Answered

Chairman: What is the function of RBI?

Me : Answered

Chairman: If I issue Draft of your Name then who is the owner , I said me, Then asked if I will not give it to you then?

Here I was confused. CM Said No Idea?? I Said No Sir.

Chairman: When you go to Bank for Deposit what time Bank have taken ?? Here The question is not clear for me whether it is Cheque or Cash. I Only Answered about Cash Deposit & 1st Member Told About Cheque

4th Member : What is NPA?

Me : Answered & They said very good...

4th Member : If you are Posted In Ahmedabad then what will you do?. Your family will allow ??

I Said Yes ..and ye question ka answer Hindi me diya .. I told ke maine bahat hard work kya hai iske liye and me janti hu ke mujhe kahiv posting milsakti hai.. Iske liye mentally preapare hu.. Aur jaha v posting milegi waha ka culture & environment se naya kuch sikhne ko milega ye sab...They Said Very Good..

They told me to go I Said Thanks & Happy New Year To All of you. They wished me also...That's It ..It Is quite Good Experience..Lets See.

Waiting for IBPS PO-III interview schedule? IBPS has released the complete schedule of IBPS PO-III common interview. The result of IBPS PO/MT CWE-III online exam was declared on 27.11.2013 and the marks/scores in IBPS PO-III exam was released few days ago. Now the IBPS PO-III common interview schedule has been officially published.

The common interview for IBPS PO-III recruitment 2013 will be started from 02.01.2014 onwards. The call letter for IBPS PO-III common interview will be available after 16th December, 2013. Hello, myself Sauvik Chakraborty from Haldia. I had my IBPS PO II Interview on 20/01/2013 in Kolkata at UBI building. I scored 155 out of 250 in written. There were 4 members in the interview panel.

The following questions were asked to me in IBPS PO-II common interview:

Introduce yourself.
What is unlawful command? Have you any experience in your job life?
What is the difference between percentage and percentile?
What is SWOT Analysis?
Suppose you are a bank manager. Then how will you handle a project proposal using SWOT analysis.
Tell us something about your hometown.
What is credit risk and market risk?
What is credit worthiness?
How will you measure credit risk of a customer at the time of giving loan?
Who is K. C. Chakraborty?
Tell us something about nationalization of banks.

I have given 90% of the questions and it was a very nice interview experience.

Final result of IBPS PO/MT-II common interview announced

Waiting for IBPS PO/MT-II final result? IBPS has published the final result of PO/MT common interview and also the total marks obtained in both CWE & common interview. The written test for PO/MT-II was held in June, 2012 and the result of written exam was released in October 2012.

This is the first time in IBPS history to conduct a common interview for all written test qualified candidates. The common interview had been held from 14.01.2013 to first of February 2013. There are total 22,415 PO vacancies available right now in 21 participating banks & organizations through IBPS.

How to calculate IBPS PO/MT-II marks in both CWE & Common interview

Many of the aspirants who have checked the score after the IBPS common interview result, became confused. Let us explain how the IBPS PO-II score (CWE + interview) is calculated-

Suppose you have secured 150 marks out of 250 marks in CWE and 70 marks in common interview. Then your marks in CWE will be calculated as 80% weight age will be considered and 20% for common interview.

So the calculation is something like that- (150/250 * 100 * 0.8) for IBPS PO CWE i.e. 48 and (70 * 0.2) i.e. for 14 for common interview.

So, your total score in CWE & interview = 48+14=62.

Important :

The successful candidates are advised to register for the preference of banks after the IBPS PO final result. The registration process for reference of banks are available from 20.02.2013 to 28.02.2013.

Discussion on IBPS PO/MT-II Common Interview 2012-13

Have appeared for IBPS PO/MT-II common interview? IBPS has decided to conduct a common interview for the recruitment of Probationary Officer/Management Trainee in 20 public sector banks. In previous year, the interview was conducted by the respective banks. This year this system has been changed.

The candidates will be called for interview based on the merit in IBPS PO/MT CWE 2012 held in June, 2012. The result of written test had been published in the month of October.

The IBPS PO/MT common interview has started from 14.01.2013 and will go on till first week of February. The result of IBPS PO/MT-II common interview will be published in the mid of February, 2012. Waiting for IBPS PO/MT-II call letter for common interview? IBPS has issued the common interview call letter for recruitment of Probationary Officer/Management Trainee. The notification of IBPS PO/MT CWE-II was published in March and the written test was conducted in June, 2012. The result of written test was declared in the month of October. In the 2nd IBPS/MT written test, the total number of candidates qualified is 61,339. These applicants will get a chance to appear at the IBPS common interview for the recruitment jobs in various public sector banks under IBPS.
